MVA founded in Ahaus

1977

 

Company’s opening at its present location

1981

 

Merger of MVA GmbH with Finnah GmbH & Co. KG in Ahaus. Company activity: manufacture and distribution of ultra-high temperature processing units and packaging plants for the food industry in the broadest sense

1989

 

Sale of Finnah GmbH to GEA AG Bochum, company name changed to: GEA Finnah GmbH/Ahaus

2001

 

Spin-off of plant engineering and merger with former sister company Tuchenhagen Dairy Systems GmbH/Ahaus
Sale of machine building, start up of Finnah Engineering and Packaging, Ahaus, Company activity: distribution, design, construction and assembly of packaging machines and mechanical equipment for the food processing industry, focusing on the dairy and spa beverage industries

2003

 

Sale of a form, fill, seal machine for deep-drawing, filling and sealing bottles with a capping and sleeve facility

2004

 

Manufacture of the first FEP container filler for Ennstal Milch KG in Austria

2005

 

Patent application submitted for innovative, power-assisted metering system

2006

 

Sale of the first FEP bottle filler to reputable German dairies

2007

 

FEP cup filler for filling with biscuits and other layers comprising pudding, quark, fruit, yoghurt

2010

 

Since January 1st, 2010 we have belonged to Stulz H + E Gruppe and our company name has changed into Finnah Packtec GmbH.

 2012

 

Since 1st February 2012 we changed our company's name to H+E PACKTEC GmbH.
